Questions before we start
Practical answers about prices, planning and electrical work in Tilburg.
Your enquiry and the price
Where do you work?+
We arrange visits to homes and small business premises across Tilburg, including Oud-Noord, de Reeshof and the city centre.
When do you read messages?+
Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30 and Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00. We are closed on Sunday. We confirm availability before arranging a visit.
Are the listed prices a final quote?+
They are guide prices for the stated scope. Site conditions can change the work needed. We confirm the price and any exclusions before you agree.
Can you quote without a visit?+
For a small, clearly described job we may have enough information. For a consumer unit, charger or solar installation, an on-site assessment may be needed. We agree any survey charge first.
Planning the installation
Do I need to replace my whole consumer unit?+
Not always. We check its condition, available space and suitability for the appliances you want to add.
Can you install a charger at a shared parking space?+
We first check the supply and cable route. Permission and arrangements with the owner or owners’ association must be clear before installation.
What do you need for a new kitchen?+
The latest kitchen drawing, appliance connection details and fitting dates. We agree the wiring plan before the cabinets are fitted.
Do you arrange changes to the grid connection?+
We explain when a supply change may be needed and which work belongs to the grid operator. Its charges and planning are separate from our installation work.
The visit and handover
Will the power be off?+
Some work needs a power interruption. We agree this beforehand. Tell us about equipment that must stay powered so we can discuss the options.
Do you repair walls after chasing?+
We state in the quote who handles chasing, plastering and painting. Wall repairs are included only when explicitly listed.
Can you work in a rented home?+
Yes, once any required permission from the owner is arranged. Tell us who must approve the work before we plan a visit.
Do you provide an emergency response through the form?+
No. Messages are reviewed during opening hours. We confirm fault-finding availability after reviewing the enquiry.
Can you promise a saving from solar panels?+
We do not promise a fixed saving. We assess the roof, shading and electricity use and explain the assumptions in the proposal.
Is your question still open?
Describe your situation. You do not need to know the technical terms.
