Power where you actually need itA socket behind a wardrobe is little help at your desk. We add or move sockets and switches around the way you use a room. That might mean outlets beside a kitchen worktop, a better switch position near a doorway or power for a home office. The route matters as much as the positionBefore quoting, we discuss the wall construction, the existing circuit and the appliances you want to connect. We explain whether cables can be concealed or need surface trunking. Chasing a wall affects the finish, so the quote makes clear who handles plastering and painting afterwards.Extra or relocated wall socketsReplacement of worn switches and outletsSwitch positions for a changed room layoutOutdoor outlets with suitable placement and protectionWhat to prepareMark your preferred positions and leave the surrounding area accessible. Tell us if furniture or fitted units will change. We check the installation before choosing the final solution, rather than simply adding more outlets to an unsuitable circuit. Once fitted, we test the new points and show you the finished work. Matching an existing faceplate range depends on availability; we discuss alternatives first.
Clear agreements before we begin
We describe materials, labour and any separate work in the quote. Wall repairs, painting and changes by the grid operator are only included when explicitly agreed.
